TECHNICAL DATA
Packaging: 2.5 litre plastic bottle.
Storage: Store in airtight containers between 5°C and
30°C. Protect from frost and direct sunlight.
Do not use storage vessels or pipe work
made of aluminium, copper or their alloys.
Bulk tanks should be regularly cleaned and
sterilized.
Shelf Life: 6 months in the above conditions.
Colours: White/off-white

INFORMATION
Ultra Prime IT FP as an additive has been designed to give enhanced
performance to the Ultra adhesives and grouts that have not been previously
polymer modified. The product increases bond strength and flexural
performance whist reducing water penetration. It is suitable for areas of
substrate movement, i.e. green screeds, boarded floors, under floor heating,
porous and moisture sensitive substrates. Ultra Prime IT FP can also be used as
an acrylic surface conditioner.
Ultra Prime IT FP as a primer has been designed to be a universal
priming/sealing agent. It is suitable for a variety of building substrates, including
plaster, timber, brick and block work (i.e. porous surfaces).

SURFACE PREPARATION
Ensure that the surface of the substrate is clean, dry and firm. It should be free
of dust, dirt, oil and grease or any other contaminants. Please ensure that the
surface is strong enough to support the weight of the tile and adhesive.

MIXING AND APPLICATION
As a primer: Ultra Prime IT FP should be diluted in the approximate ratio of 3
parts clean water to 1 part product, when applied to the surface of the substrate.
Apply enough Ultra Prime IT FP on the surface to create a translucent film.
As an additive: Use a mixture of 1 part Ultra Prime IT FP to 1 part clean water or
as indicated on the packaging of the product added to. This solution should then
be added slowly to the adhesive powder until the required consistency is achieved.
Note: The use of Ultra Prime IT FP will slow the set rate of the adhesive.
As a part of Ultra ProFlex 2part: Use the entire contents of this bottle neat. Do
not dilute or use any additives.

CLEANING
Tools should be thoroughly cleaned in water to remove excess material
immediately after use.
